How we handle your data.

We keep this short and honest. If anything here is unclear, email gary@productiversed.com and we will explain.

Who we are

Productiversed is a product management consultancy and studio based in the United Kingdom. For data protection purposes, Productiversed is the data controller for this website and the contact form. You can reach us at gary@productiversed.com.

What we collect, and why

When you use our contact form, we collect the name, email address, subject and message you provide. We use this only to respond to you and to discuss working together. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in replying to enquiries, and taking steps at your request before any agreement.

If you subscribe to one of our newsletters, that is handled by Substack on its own platform under its own privacy terms. We do not store your subscription details on this website.

This site is built to be light. We do not use advertising trackers. If we add basic, privacy-respecting analytics in future, we will update this page first.

Where your data goes

Contact form submissions are processed by our hosting provider so we can receive them, and reach us by email. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with anyone except where we are required to by law.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry messages for as long as we need them to deal with your request and any follow-up, then we remove them. If you would like us to delete your message sooner, just ask.

Our Atlassian apps

Status Ribbon for Jira runs entirely on Atlassian's infrastructure, under the Runs on Atlassian programme. It is read-only and makes no external network calls, so your data never leaves Atlassian. It reads only the issue you are viewing, a small set of fields and your site's status definitions, and it honours your existing Jira permissions. It stores nothing and collects no personal data.

Your rights

You have the right to ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, and to object to how we use it. To exercise any of these, email gary@productiversed.com. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office if you are unhappy with how we have handled your data.

Changes to this notice

If we change how we handle data, we will update this page. This version was last reviewed in June 2026.
